Support Opportunities
Hospice depends on the support and generosity of individuals in the community. There is no charge to a patient, or their family, for services provided. Services not reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance are absorbed by Hospice and paid for with donations. There are several ways to support Hospice.
Direct donation or memorial contribution:
An individual may make a donation to Hospice of Fayette County by sending a check to Hospice of Fayette County, P. O. Box 849, Washington C.H., Ohio, 43160, and noting on the memo line it is a donation.
A memorial contribution may be made by sending a check to Hospice of Fayette County, P. O. Box 849, Washington C.H., 43160, and noting on the memo line the name of the person to be memorialized, or by writing that information on a separate sheet of paper.

Support of Fund-raising events:
Hospice of Fayette County offers three fund-raising events each year. the first is the annual Valentine Dance held in February. The second event is the annual Hike for Hospice which is a three mile hike around the northeast side of the city held in April or May. The third event is a golf outing held in June of each year.
Individuals may participate directly in the events, help to sponsor parts of the events, or sponsor someone who is participating in an event, like the Hike. Watch Up-Coming Events for more information about these opportunities to support your local, hometown Hospice.Membership in Hospice:
